Our Founder.

Marielle Walter Rice is the founder and President of Infinite Impact, where she bridges two decades of experience in nonprofit work and real estate investing to create a sustainable model for charitable impact.

Marielle spent her first ten years working across the nonprofit sector, including roles focused on clean air policy, poverty alleviation, and international development at the World Bank. While deeply committed to this work, she recognized a fundamental challenge: good intentions require strong financial engines to create lasting change.

Determined to master wealth-building tools that could fuel sustainable impact, Marielle transitioned into real estate investing. Over the past decade, she has built a multimillion-dollar portfolio, currently focused on value-add multifamily properties, co-living homes, and mobile home parks, the majority of which provide affordable housing solutions to several vulnerable populations. Marielle has partnered with organizations supporting veterans, women and children in voucher housing programs, and families transitioning from shelters to stability, always focused on creating safe, uplifting spaces.

This unique combination of nonprofit insight and real estate expertise inspired the founding of Infinite Impact. Marielle saw an opportunity to revolutionize charitable funding: instead of donations that are used once, Infinite Impact invests in affordable housing that generates perpetual cash flow, funding relief for families & children in conflict zones around the world.
